A band some 5 years in the making, BRUX is the coming together of three handsome boys from a rather musically diverse background. With their previous work in The Fastest Bear, Feeding Frenzy and Valley Hardcore unit Disconnect, BRUX is, on paper, an unlikely trio.  One of the newer bands on the scene, BRUX is already developing a reputation for a no-nonsense live performance which should certainly be described as tense, terse and brusque; but not unreasonably so. Says guitarist Jay Hall, “I would describe it as equal parts Brubeck and Kubrick.”
